TERMS & CONDITIONS

All In Joinery Pty Ltd, ABN 24 660 219 107, provides cabinet making, joinery and installation services. These Terms of Business govern all services provided by All In Joinery to the Customer.

1.0 Acceptance of terms and conditions

1.1 By engaging in any business transaction with All In Joinery Pty Ltd, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between All In Joinery Pty Ltd and its customers.

2. Orders and specifications

2.1. All orders, placed with All In Joinery are subject to acceptance and availability.

2.2. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete specifications for the cabinetry/joinery you require. All In Joinery will not be held responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the specifications provided by you.

2.3. Any changes to the specifications must be communicated in writing, and may occur additional charges.

3. Pricing on payment

3.1 The pricing for cabinetry/joinery will be provided to you in writing.

3.1 If All in Joinery has agreed to a fixed price contract then the contract price will be held for 3 Months from date of Contract.

3.1 b If All in Joinery has not agreed to a fixed price contract then the contract price is subject to change without prior notice.

3.2. Payment for the cabinets or joinery is due as per the agreed payment terms which will be specified in the quotation or invoice.

3.3. All In Joinery reserve, the right to withhold delivery or installation until full payment has been received.

4. Delivery and installation of Materials

4.1. The estimated delivery or installation date will be provided to in writing, while All In Joinery will make every effort to meet the estimated time frame it is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances

4.2. You are responsible for ensuring that to the delivery location is accessible and ready for installation. Any delays are additional cost occurred due to inaccessible or unprepared delivery locations will be charged

4.3. All In Joinery will not be liable for any damage to property during delivery or installation unless cause by negligence or wilful misconduct.

5. Warranty and limitations of liability

5.1. All In Joinery warrants that all cabinetry/joinery supplied will be free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months.

5.2. The warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by misuse in proper maintenance, accident or natural wear and tear.

5.3. All In Joinery will not be liable for any indirect incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of inability to use the cabinets or furniture.

5.4. All In Joinery’s liability for any claims arising from the purchase or use of the cabinets or joinery shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you.

6. Intellectual property,

6.1. Any designs, plans or drawings, provided by All In Joinery, remain its intellectual property and may not be reproduce, modified or shared without prior written consent.
